MEN TALK TOO was created to give men a space where they can talk openly, feel heard and be met without judgement. Many men struggle with stress, anxiety, low mood or relationship difficulties but find it hard to reach out. The pressure to stay silent can leave you feeling isolated, lost or overwhelmed – and too often, men are left to carry it alone.
In the UK, men are three times more likely to die by suicide than women, yet only a fraction access talking therapies. The stigma around men’s mental health is still holding people back. MEN TALK TOO exists to change that.
As the founder of MEN TALK TOO, I am a qualified humanistic counsellor who has worked with men from all walks of life. I have supported clients through everything from work stress and fatherhood struggles to identity questions and relationship breakdowns. I understand how hard it can be to ask for help – because I have been there too. My belief in the power of honest conversation is grounded in both personal and professional experience.
We offer one-to-one counselling for men in Brighton and Hove, across Sussex, and online throughout the UK. Whether you’re looking for short-term support or longer-term therapy, this is a space to make sense of what’s going on and find a way forward. Sessions are shaped around you, drawing from Humanistic, Person-Centred and Gestalt approaches to support you in gaining clarity, confidence and resilience.
If you are struggling, you are not alone. Talking is strength – and it can change everything.
